H.A.D. Privacy Rights & Regulations

Help Against Drugs Organization of N.Y.C., Inc. is a non-profit organization exempt under section 501(c)(3). The organization has been incorporated in New York for the past 14 years. Contributions made to the organization are tax deductible to the maximum a law allows. Please check with your state or local government to see what amount is fully deductible.

Help Against Drugs Organization's purpose is to serve the community through sports, fashion, and entertainment, as well as networking with different community organizations. Since H.A.D.'s inception, it has not gotten any federal, state, nor city funding.

The way it raises its funds is through merchandise sales, fundraisers, and individuals who want to make contributations.

Everybody who appears on H.A.D.'s Official website has agreed to let H.A.D. use their name, picture, or any other information which can help H.A.D. to raise the necessary funds. Some people's names will be kept confidential--we will just use their initials to protect their privacy.

Anyone interested in purchasing products from our designers or merchants, can do so; H.A.D. recommends them.

H.A.D. is not responsible, nor shall be held responsible, for the quality of any of the merchants products, not excluding fitness for a particular purpose. Please buy at your own discretion.

No information obtained regarding H.A.D. Success Stories will be disclosed to anyone by any means.

If anyone is interested in booking one of our humanitarian celebrities/entertainers, the H.A.D. Comittee would be happy to forward your telephone or email (Approval of any booking of any celebrities will be approved or disapproved by any of the managers agents or representatives.

No money will be refunded for the purchase of H.A.D. Merchandise because of the nature of the organization. No images may be copied via any means with the express written permission of H.A.D. Organization of N.Y.C., Inc."
