Hu Xiaodan's World Famous
Chinese Costume Designs
Mr. Hu Xiaodan has held individual fashion show several times since 1989. "Bright china: large-scale show of Chinese fashion design by Hu Xiaodan" in 1991 showed nearly 400 sets of costumes designed by Hu Xiaodan, get the warm greeting of audience and widely praise of media. "Forbidden city costumes designed by Huxiaodan" has conquered audience all over the world by its ingenious charm since appearing in the world. As the first Chinese costume designer who had been invited by the famous Igedo international costume exhibition , Mr. Huxiaodan and his design "the Forbidden City" created sensation in this exhibition, and lift up the Five-Starred Red Flag for Chinese and Chinese costumes for the first. In the same year, Mr. Huxiaodan was invited to Europe fashion anniversary, and showed the "Forbidden City" garments creating great sensation. It is the first time that a Chinese designer was invited to visit the Europe fashionable dress center, and the first time that garments of Chinese were showed in Europe.
