There even a number of Representatives for the Ambassador of Indonesia to the U.N. who were present. Of course, Mr. Julian Robert Hunte, the President of the 58th Session of the U.N. General Assembly, who was honored just a few days prior by Dr. Roy Hastick of the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) for his great accomplishments, was present along with members of his staff. Dr. Roy Hastick was also present, enjoying himself, as were numerous other Ambassadors, including Ambassador of Lithuania to the U.N., Gediminas Serksnys, Ambassador of the Bahamas to the U.N., Sherman Peters, and Councilwoman Yvette Clarke, of Brooklyn’s District 40, along with her mother, Una Clarke, of the Empire State Development Corporation, Ambassador of Samoi to the U.N. There was some great Caribbean food at the event, everything from spicy chicken to bread pudding, to tempting fruit platters.
