an elegant Gala at the Beautiful Ciprianis on 42nd street. Over five hundred

looks like.Drawn from the media Finance ,arts ,and culture, the public
sector, and Science, these women are opinion leaders with self confidence
and wisdom that comes from the work that they have done during their menopausal
transition. They Believe that by courageously choosing to be role models
for all the women in this life stage that they will start to change the
perception and the meaning of women who are menopausal. The event celebrated

The Women’s Voices for change Gala attracted Corporate and Industry
Sponsors who recognize that the critical mass of women in this age group
has already begun to change the financial and commercial landscape of American
Life.We know that these women control more disposable income than any large
diverse group in the history of civilization. They make almost all of the
important decisions for themselves and their families.Their influence is
exterted in the work place and in their community organizations as well.
